Service Description

Removed Reviews provides review removal services for dental practices. We are not a law firm. Engaging our services does not create an attorney-client relationship and our fees are not payments for legal services.

Payment Terms

Our per-removal fee of $499 is billed only after a review has been successfully removed from the platform. No upfront payment is required for removal work. Plan-based services, if offered, are billed monthly as described at signup.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Whether a specific review is removed is a decision made by the platform, not by us. We file removal requests grounded in published platform policies. We do not guarantee a specific outcome on any individual removal request.

Ethical Practices

We do not write, buy, post, or solicit fake reviews. All our work is conducted strictly within the terms of service of each review platform and within applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
